I updated to 1Password 5 on my Mac. How do I get it on my iPhone and uninstall the 1Password 3 on both devices?

So long as you're sure you have all your data in 1P5 on your Mac take a look at this knowledge base article:

Completely Uninstalling 1Password

Again, once you're sure you have all your 1P data in 1P5 on your Mac you can uninstall the old version of 1P for iOS from your phone simply by deleting the app. As that will delete all 1P data from your phone you will want to be sure first that everything you need is in 1P5 on your Mac.

You probably know that 1P6 for iOS (the current version) is a free download from the App Store accessed from your iOS device—with an in-app purchase to enable pro features. If you make that in-app purchase on one iOS device you can enable the pro features without charge on any other iOS device that uses the same Apple ID.
