I have the 1password purchased from agile bits-- cannot sync over wifi [resolved]
I cannot sync 1pw onto my phone because I bought my license from Agilebits. When I try to sync by wifi it keeps timing out. Can you either send me a credit to purchase 1pw5 on mac app store or help me fix this? I have already spent 2 hours trying to figure this out. So I cannot sync via wifi or iCloud and I do not trust syncing to a folder.
How do you fix this?

I purchased 1pw, which does not sync with iCloud. It is my understanding Agilebits will refund me so that i can purchase 1pw5 from the Mac App store. How does that process get initiated?

Ok, for the refund you can contact support@agilebits.com.
However I did not need the refund because someone there explained that the reason I could not sync with wifi was due to the firewall settings on my Mac.
These are the instructions I was sent:
Click on Apple icon at top left of screen, select System Preferences.
Double click on Security & Privacy.
Click on the Firewall tab.
Click on the lock at bottom left of this screen.
Click on Firewall options.
Find 1Password in the list and make sure 'Allow coming connections' is selected. The sync went right through.
