I switched out hard drives and now need to log in to my 1Password account. I requested copies of my licenses, which were e-mailed to me but I am not able to download. WHAT ARE THE PROCEDURES TO LOG IN TO MY 1PASSWORD ACCOUNT? Thanks

Hi @uconnjohn,
I'm sorry you're having some trouble with 1Password after switching your hard drive!
In the license email you received, you should see a "Click here to Apply Your 1Password License" link for 1Password 5 for Mac. Assuming you have downloaded/installed 1Password 5 from our download site, clicking that link in the email should automatically add your license so the 1Password app is no longer in trial mode. If you're having trouble, please take a look at this knowledgebase article: How do I add my license to 1Password?
Now as far as your 1Password data goes, that has nothing to do with your license. You don't actually have an "account" with us, we don't have your 1Password data. By default, all your 1Password data is stored locally on your Mac. You can choose to sync an encrypted copy of your data (using an option like iCloud, Dropbox, or Wi-Fi sync), which can be used to sync with other devices that have 1Password installed. Or if you have a backup of your Mac (like a Time Machine backup, for example), your 1Password data should be saved there as well.
So, if you had synced your 1Password data to Dropbox, iCloud, and/or another device, or if you have a backup of your Mac from before you erased it, you should definitely be able to get your 1Password data back again. The first thing you would want to do is reinstall the 1Password app on your Mac. When you open the 1Password app for the first time, you'll be able to choose where your 1Password data is located by following the steps in this section of our user guide.
If you need help with that, please let us know if you had been using any of the sync options in 1Password, or if you have a backup of the old hard drive, and we can give you more specific steps to find your data. Thanks!
