It would be helpful if you would provide us with some basic information. Please tell us:

    • What version of 1P for Mac you are using
    • Your OS X version number
    • Whether you previously sync'd your 1P data to any other device and if so to what device
    • If relevant, what sync method you used to sync your 1P data (Dropbox, iCloud or wifi)
    • Exactly what message you receive when you launch 1Password
    • Whether you have backups of your Mac made prior to the annihilation of 1Password

    Hi @readamsmd,

I'm sorry Clean My Mac caused some problems for 1Password! Unfortunately, that can happen with some app cleaning utilities.

In addition to the information Stephen asked you for, can you please describe exactly what happens when you open (or try to open) 1Password now? It sounds like you downloaded a new copy of the 1Password app, but we'll need to know what sort of problem you run into when trying to use it / open it / set up. The more details you can give us, the better. Once we know more information, we'll have a better idea of how to help you with that. Thanks in advance! :)
