I am massively frustrated now, 1password will not accept the master password

hi, first master password is not accepted in trial version. then i have bought full version off applestore, that made no difference, then I removed the extension, the folders in 'container' and the app itself and rebooted, every time I uninstall 1password and redownload from the mac store I get asked for a master password.

Be sure you follow the instructions in this document: How do I start over with an empty vault?

You will note that there are two sets of instruction, one for the version from the AgileBits web store and the other for the one from the Mac App Store. Since you had the trial version first, then installed the MAS version, be sure you follow both sets of directions to remove everything. Otherwise, your installation will keep finding the old vault and ask you for its master password.
