shared items won't work
Dear Staff,
I'm sharing some items from one password by e-mail. The recipient has the same version or a windows version but cannot import the item directly by simply clicking on it.
Some have to copy everything and paste it into a web browser url.
Is there any special procedure?

I'm sorry you're having trouble sharing items! This is actually a known issue in the current release version of 1Password 5 for Mac, and I apologize for the inconvenience.
The good news is that our developers have fixed this bug in a recent beta. So, barring any unforeseen circumstances, the fix should be included in the next update (although I don't have a timeframe for when that will be available). If you need the fix now and would like to try the beta, you can do that by following the steps here: Installing 1Password betas
