Im unable to set custom icon for credit card.
I choose image, but after save - default still exists

    I'm sorry you're having trouble adding a custom icon to a Credit Card item!

    I haven't been able to reproduce this issue - whenever I edit a Credit Card item, drag an image to the icon, and click Save, the custom icon appears as expected. So I wonder if you could give us a few more details? For example, what are the exact steps you take to add a custom icon? If you're using one of your own images, what type of image file are you using (jpg, png, etc) and how big is that image file? Is this a problem with one specific Credit Card item, all Credit Card items that you've tried, or possible all types of items in 1Password?

    Any details you can give us about the problem will be helpful. Thanks in advance! :)

    Hello!
    I have tried to add custom icon to many items with no success.
    So, I opens 1Password
    Choose credit card. Click edit on right lower corner
    And drag image to icon on edit window.
    For now - custom image displayed perfectly.
    Press Save.
    Icon become default.
    Here is image file

    Thanks for the info and for the image you're using! That image works fine for me when I add it as a custom icon, so I'm not sure why it isn't working for you. But it might be due to a strange issue our developers have been looking into which causes a problem like this on certain computers/environments.

    I also tried such operation on my Mac-Mini (with the same version of 1Password and Mac OS 10.11.1)
    I was able to change icon. And new icon can be saved. But after saving - icon change its dimensions (original image - is 4:3, stored icon - is square)
    On MacBook Pro Retina problem exists.

    May be it is because HiRes Icons on MacBook Pro Retina instead of on MacMini?
