I tried to disable Cellular data, but 1Password does not show up as choice under "Use Cellular Data"
I can't log into 1Password on my iPhone. It's working fine on my Mac, and syncing with iCloud from my Mac, but when I try to log in on my iPhone the next to last number on my log in doesn't show up, then after I type in the last number, I get an incorrect password message. I tried to read about Syncing, and found disable Cellular data, but 1Password doesn't even show up under choices for "use cellular data." How can I log in on my iPhone with the same password that I use on my Mac computer? I bought 1Password mini from the Mac Ap store.

I think I bought 1Password a few months ago for my Mac o/s 10.10.5. I'm still using 10.10.5. I have been using it for several months. I have it on my iPhone too, version 9.1. How can I find my license number for the program? It is working fine on my Mac, but doesn't recognize my password on the iPhone. How can I sync the two?

@EmilyHodges: I've merged your separate posts so we can work on your issue in a single place, rather than further adding to the confusion.
I tried to read about Syncing, and found disable Cellular data, but 1Password doesn't even show up under choices for "use cellular data."
Why are you trying to disable cellular data? This is at the top of the list for me in iOS Settings > Cellular. OS X does not have cellular data.
How can I find my license number for the program?
Any apps bought from the App Store will not have licenses; rather, the purchase is tied to your Apple ID.

If you setup a new (and therefore separate) vault in 1Password for iOS, it won't have your data from 1Password for Mac. 1Password only stores your data on your device unless you put it elsewhere. So first you'll need to verify that 1Password for Mac is syncing to iCloud, and then setup 1Password for iOS to do the same:
iCloud Sync Setup*
*iCloud Sync is requires the Mac App Store version of 1Password
but when I try to log in on my iPhone the next to last number on my log in doesn't show up,
Could you please clarify what you're referring to? Maybe a screenshot would help. To include it in your reply, simply click the document button in the top of the comment field, and select the file you wish to share:
then after I type in the last number, I get an incorrect password message.
If you're not entering the correct Master Password you set up on that device (it won't necessarily be the same as the other until you sync them), you'll receive a message like this. It sounds like you may have set up a different Master Password on your iPhone than you did on your Mac. Like a phone number or postal address, if it’s not correct it doesn’t reach who it’s intended for — or in the case of the Master Password, 1Password doesn’t unlock as intended. There is no backdoor. And (un)fortunately AgileBits has neither your 1Password data nor the Master Password used to secure it, so this isn't something we can 'reset' for you to help directly. However, please try the tips in this guide as they may help you gain access again:
Master Password not accepted
If that doesn't help though, you will need to either restore from a backup, sync from another device, or simply start over, as you won't be able to get in to setup sync without entering the correct Master Password. So reinstalling it on your iPhone would allow you to start over and setup iCloud sync from the beginning.
Please let me know how it turns out. I look forward to hearing back from you! :)

Thanks. This really helps. It is too late for me to try it tonight. But tomorrow, I will delete it from my iPhone and reinstall it and start over. Thanks again.

Any time! Be sure to let me know how it turns out, and if you have any questions at all (I know that my previous post was a bit verbose). :pirate:

I have 1Password on my Mac, and want to download it to my iPhone. I have already paid for it on my Mac. How can I download it onto my iPhone without having to pay for it again?

There are no license numbers for applications sold from Apple's App Stores. Licensing is handled on the Apple end of the transaction, and it is tied to the Apple ID used to obtain the original copy.
You have posted in the Mac section of the forum, but you are asking about your iOS version. Do you mean that you have a license for your Mac, and now you want to add a copy of 1Password to an iOS device? If so, licenses are sold on a per platform basis, so if you are trying to use your purchase of a Mac license to add a copy to an iOS device, that won't work. Those two versions are sold completely separately. The iOS application is free to download and use in its basic form, but there is an in-app purchase required to activate more advanced Pro features. That in-app purchase will be required for activation, regardless of any licenses you have for another platform.
If you are in fact asking about getting second copy for your iOS device, you should have no trouble with that if you are logged in the App Store with the same Apple ID you used when you originally downloaded 1Password.
I've done some guessing about what your issues are, so do post back if you have more questions.

Hi @EmilyHodges,
I noticed you also posted your question about how to download 1Password on your iPhone in another discussion (the one that hawkmoth replied to), so I merged both threads together to avoid confusion, and so we don't duplicate efforts between here and there.
Hawkmoth's answer is spot-on, and just to reiterate what he said: 1Password is sold separately on each platform (Mac, iOS, Windows, Android). Having said that, 1Password 6 for iOS is a free download, and offers free basic features. If you would like to unlock the Pro Features in 1Password for iOS, you can do so with an in-app purchase. A single purchase of the Pro Features allows you to unlock them in 1Password on all your iOS devices associated with your Apple ID.
Hopefully this helps, but please let us know if you need anything else. Thanks! :)
