License for 1password 4 (10.8.5)

Dear Team,

I would like to upgrade from 3 to 4 since the extensions for 3 are not working with the recent versions of the browsers. If I enter my license on your site, I can only buy an upgrade for 1password 5. This version is not compatible with 10.8.5. Is this license for 1password 5 also valid for 1password 4? I want to avoid to upgrade to el captain or other anything higher than 10.8.5.
