A shared item is not working in my 1Password ?

A colleague sent me a mail with a link to add an item to my 1Password account, but when i click on the link 1Password opens but the item is not added? Thank you so far!

    Is your colleague using the Mac or iOS version of 1Password? If yes, it is a bug that we're working to fix as soon as possible. Once an update is made available to your colleague, he or she can resend you the item and it will work.

    If you need it right now and you often share items, we recommend sharing and syncing the vault instead if possible. This is also the secure way of sharing your items.
