Purchased the wrong version
I didn't know the iCloud drive option was only available through the Mac app store. I have the app installed and working on my iPhone. I don't want to create a second vault with this new software.

Now I can certainly do this for you although can I just ask, is it that you don't like the idea of Dropbox and only trust iCloud when it comes to sync services? All our versions and platforms support Dropbox, heck we use it a lot ourselves but we also do recognise that some people are very passionate about their choice of cloud service. So if iCloud and only iCloud will do just say and I'll kick start that refund for you :smile:

Yes, I prefer to use iCloud drive. My apologies, I had no idea there were two separate apps for the Mac. Thanks!

I've refunded the full amount of your purchase so you can purchase from the Mac App Store instead, and you should see it show up in your account in a matter of days.
Just drag the "1Password 5" app to the Trash, buy 1Password from the Mac App Store, and when you launch it it will open your existing vault. That's it!
