i cant find the html file in dropbox
Hello.
I have just purchased 1password for mac this morning and am happy with it. I am using El Capitan on my mac with the lastest updates installed.
I am trying to set up 1password anywhere using my dropbox account. I have synced it and there is a 1password folder in my dropbox. I'm pretty sure it has finished syncing.
If I open my dropbox folder on my own computer, I see the one password folder. It contains a package called 1password.agilekeychain with a fancy colored icon with the 1password logo.
If I access dropbox remotely from another computer, I can see the 1password folder but it does not seem to have the 1password.html file which is described in your help files. It does have a 1password.agilekeychain folder but with a boring folder icon - not the fancy colored one with the 1password logo that I see in the dropbox folder on my native computer.
When I examine the 1-password folder in my dropbox from a remote computer, I see the following sub folders:
1password > 1password.agilekeychain > data > default > (lots of files)
I have tried restarting both my own computer and the remote computer that I am testing it with. The remote computer is a mac which is using Firefox 41.0.2
Can you please help me to set things up so that I can access my passwords remotely.

Well. That is strange. I have now downloaded 1password for my iphone and set it up on my phone. It asked me to sync to I tried syncing with dropbox. This worked and now a html folder has appeared in my dropbox, which is what I was looking for before. So now I can access everything from a remote computer using dropbox and my problem is solved. But I had to download the iphone app to be able to do it. Anyhow. It's all working now, so I am happy.

Interesting. It sounds like maybe Dropbox hadn't finished syncing at first, but I'm glad to hear that all is well finally. It sounds like you should be all set, but don't hesitate to reach out if we can be of further assistance. We're always here to help! :)
