Mac Psw5 /Psw4 family license still OK ?

Greetings from Paris.
My son uses 1Psw5 (bought from Apple, I guess), I'll use 1Psw4 (30 days evaluation, OSX.9 user).
Please tell me how to manage the family license, if it is still valid.
Best regards. Didier

    Bonjour @oikema,

Just to be clear, I've now exhausted my entire French vocabulary as I'm not about to ask you for a cup of coffee

How it works very much depends on where 1Password for Mac was purchased.

If your son purchased 1Password from Apple's Mac App Store then you would need to look into Apple's Family Sharing, a way of sharing all Apple purchases in a family. That system does have the niggling downside that all purchases are made on a single card my the alpha family member (AKA family organizer)

If your son purchased 1Password from our own AgileBits Store then all you need to do is apply his licence, assuming you meet the one requirement that it's a single household. If you need any assistance our page, How do I add my license to 1Password? should help.

Hopefully this helps explain the two cases, if you have any questions at all please do ask
