Just for website logins?
I have been using 1Password for a few years and just wanted to be sure I was not missing something. Does it only really work with website logins or is there a version or way to use it for mobile application logins as well? I typically just save the username in the application and then do a copy paste from 1Password but that's a bit cumbersome.

When it comes to mobile applications, by which I assume you mean iOS app there is a certain constraint in place. One iOS app isn't allowed to directly interact with another even though we recently got iOS extensions in iOS 8. Now we did create a general iOS Extension that others could integrate and some iOS apps have done this. You can find a list of apps that support our extension in our blog page Apps ❤ 1Password.
