I am using an HP Stream Windows computer. 1Password extension keeps saying needs 1Password helper
when i add extension in Chrome, it is asking for 1password helper to start.

@lbbrodsky: Indeed, the 1Password browser extensions depend on the 1Password Helper running (and, therefore, for 1Password itself to be installed properly) in order to function.
You didn't mention the 1Password version (or any other) that you're using. Do you have 1Password installed? Do you have 'security' software that may simply be blocking communications between 1Password and the extension, making it think the Helper is not running? Please let me know what you find.
