1P repeatedly deleting my Facebook login

Hello all -

My 1P has recently been delting my Facebook login. I actually tweeted @ support about it, to no real solution. So, instead, a few days ago I reset my FB password and created a new login in 1P on Mac. iCloud then keeps all of my devices in sync.

However, when I go to check 1P now (a few days after login creation), my Facebook login is again missing from all devices. This is now the second time happening with the same site...and concerning because I don't know what other sites may be missing.

What can we do to solve this? And do I need to provide other info?

When sending the first diagnostic report to the address above it would help immensely if you could include a link to this thread and your forum handle so we can connect the two. For additional diagnostic reports please wait for the automated reply that will be forthcoming. If you either reply to that email or use the email subject as is it will allow our system to link the emails together as belonging to a single issue.

Once you've sent the reports a post here with the ticket ID will help us to keep an eye out for it. If you can offer a point in time when you first notice it is missing this might help narrow the search space. Whatever is happening is certainly no good and we need to get it working again for you.

I first noticed the issue about a week ago (in Twitter exchange with handle LKlieger). Then I recreated the Facebook login a few days after that, then noticed it missing again right before I posted here. That being said, I don't use 1P for Facebook every day.

Oh my goodness, this is embarrassing. Figured it out. 1P is NOT deleting my FB login.

However, my Mac library somehow turned off iCloud syncing without asking me. Not sure how that happened, but at least my FB login is back.

Hey @LKlieger! Well that's rather interesting indeed. Strange that iCloud would have suddenly stopped syncing things, but I've certainly seen more obscure things happen. If you do have any other issues, you know where to find us. Have a great day now. ;)
