My 1password Trial has finished. I am unable to purchase.

The program creates my own "personalized store", but when i enter my details to purchase it says there's an error. Have done it many times. No luck. I may not understand the situation re: my "licence".

    We need some more information in order to help you. Please tell us:

    • What version of 1P for Mac you are using
    • Your OS X version number
    • Crucially, from where are you trying to purchase 1P: the Mac App Store or direct from the AgileBits store?
    • What is the exact wording of the error message that you see

    Hi @fergbrown,

    I'm very sorry you're having trouble purchasing a license for 1Password for Mac! It sounds like you might be using the AgileBits Store version of 1Password, and are trying to purchase a license from within that app. I don't know why it would be giving you an error, but if it is, you can try making your purchase from our AgileBits Store website instead.

    Hi guys,

    Thanks very much for your advice. I have now successfully purchased the licence through the AgileBits web store.

    I was initially attempting to purchase through the 1Password5 Application (already downloaded on my computer) w/ Mac Yosemite.
    Message was (i think) "an unknown error occurred".

    Buying through the web store and then applying that licence (by clicking on link - was automated) was more successful.
