Why won't software let me save a new credit card?
I have entered the data for a new card and hit save. But it isn't on the credit card list or, when I search through all saved info, it is not there. I tried "Drivers License" as well and had same problem. I have been able to add a login.
I have also had several of my logins just add any info when the website is located so I have to type in the login and password.

So I'm not quite sure if I fully understood that last sentence but the gist seems to be that stuff isn't saving correctly. I would like you to try creating test Credit Card and Driver's Licence items please and then create a Diagnostic Report for us. This guide will assist.

Once you've sent the report a post here with the ticket ID will help us to keep an eye out for it. By creating the test items just before generating the diagnostic report it will hopefully allow us to easily identify the cause in the logs.
