Not able to open 1password. I have tried to install and uninstall multiple times (following your web site instructions). 1password does not appear in the application folder after installation.

Please provide some basic information so that we can help you. Please tell us:
- What version of 1P for Mac you are using, and whether you bought it from the Mac App Store or the AgileBits store
- Your OS X version number
- Exactly what you mean when you say:
1password does not appear in the application folder after installation.
How are you launching 1P after you've tried to install it and do you see any error message? If so, what exactly does that message say?

I'm sorry you're unable to open 1Password! I'm sure we can help get things working for you, but as Stephen mentioned, we'll need to know some more details. Now, if you can't open the 1Password app, you won't be able to find the version number as described in this knowledgebase article - instead, find the 1Password app file and click once on it, then go to the File menu and choose Get Info. The window that opens will show the version number.
Also, a specific description of what happens when you try to open 1Password will be helpful. Do you get an error message? A spinning colorful ball? Something else? If you can describe the exact steps you're taking to install and open 1Password, and what happens when you do that, we should have a much better idea of how to help you get things working.
