If you have in your Applications folder two 1Password apps:

    • 1Password.app is the Mac App Store version
    • 1Password 5.app is the AgileBits store version

You are best running only one version of the app, so may need to choose between them if you do have two installed (although, from your post, I'm not clear that is the case).

I appreciate you may have more questions. Please post again if you do. 1P5.5 for Mac is in beta at present (and thus available only in the AgileBits store version) and you need the beta if you want to experiment using Teams on your Mac.

    Hi @craigwinstanley,

Stephen is correct, the Mac App Store and AgileBits Store versions of 1Password have slightly different app file names, and it sounds like you might have both installed at the same time. We have a bit more information about that in this knowledgebase article.

As far as 1Password for Teams, we have a couple FAQs which should be helpful, in case you haven't already seen them:

If you need any help with 1Password for Teams, please check out our new 1Password for Teams Beta forum. There might be an existing discussion there which answers your questions, or otherwise you can open a new thread.

I hope this helps, but please let us know if you need anything else! :)
