Security breach?

I have just accessed my 1Password account on my Iphone and I have now lots of new entries which I didn't make. Please help. Has security been breached? All of my banking details are stored here.

This is peculiar but don't worry, we're here to help.

• Which devices are you using 1Password on? Which syncing method are you using?
• Have you recently updated 1Password on your iPhone?
• Are you using multiple vaults?
