When I try to install 1Password 5, I get "Not Responding" messsage. I deleted all other instanses.

I downloaded 1Password 5 and then found a conflict, so I deleted all instances of 1password. But when I try to run 1password 5, I get "Not Responding" message.

    I'm sorry you're having trouble opening the 1Password app!

    Can you let us know the exact version of the 1Password app you downloaded? If you can't open it, find the app file and click once on it, then go to File > Get Info. The window that opens should show you the version number. Please also let us know if you have the Mac App Store or AgileBits Store version of 1Password.

    If possible, it would be great to see a screenshot of the error message you get when you try to open 1Password. To include it in your reply, simply click the document button in the top of the comment field, and select the file you wish to share:
