Having copied the password which i clearly cannot remember,, I am asked for various positions of letters, digits, or punctuation.
I need a password I can recall. This makes it tricky. Have you any suggestions?

Have you found the large type option for passwords? If you hover your mouse over a password , a drop down menu will appear. If you click the down arrow, you see the third option is for large type. If you click on that option, a window will show up with the password displayed with each character numbered. You can then easily enter the correct character to satisfy the bank's process.

If you've already seen that, but you now want a password that is secure, but which you can remember, you might find this post helpful: How do I chose a good Master Password? But I still think you will want the large type option with the numbers under the character positions. If you have a long password, even if you can remember it, it will still be a nuisance to figure out which characters you need.
