1PW Mini icon "invisible" on dark-themed browser toolbars--PLEASE can this be changed?

Since the first 1PW beta versions came out with the current toolbar icon I've been asking (via emails to the beta team) to have the icon brightened or changed to a lighter color, and have been told "we're working on it". Today I searched the Forum and discovered numerous similar requests going back over a year, with the "standard" response being

"Thanks for bringing this to our attention! We're still polishing up some of the details for Dark Mode, I'll be sure to pass this along to our developers."

I have been a loyal 1PW user since 2007 (after reading Sara's blog I went back and found my original 1Passwd license email!), and have generally found the Team to be very quick to respond to bugs and issues, so I can't understand why such a small (but important to those of us who use dark themes) item has been swept under the rug--is there any hope for this to be fixed in my lifetime? Perhaps giving Users a choice to choose a light or dark icon on installation?

I love the Mini, and use it constantly, so having to constantly bend forward and squint towards my screen to find it is very disruptive to my workflow. Please, please, please can you fix this? :o)

    Thanks for taking the time to ask us about that! I wonder if there might be some confusion about the issue(s) you read about in other forum threads, because I also use "dark mode" (i.e. the System Preference option for "Use dark menu bar and Dock") and the 1Password mini icon in the menu bar is just as bright and easy to see as all the other menu bar items. It looks like you're using the latest version, so it should look the same way for you.

    Is it possible you're referring to the 1Password extension icon in the toolbar of your web browser? The dark menu bar and Dock setting for OS X only applies to the menu bar and Dock, not to Finder windows or app windows. If your web browser window looks dark, similar to the dark menu bar, it sounds like you have a theme installed in that browser in order to change its appearance. Can you let us know which browser (and version of that browser) you're using, and if you're using a theme with that browser?

    Also, would you be able to give links to any of the other forum discussions you're referring to? If so, that might help me find related bug reports so I can check their status. Thanks! :)
