Licenses are sold separately per user and per platform. You can buy the Windows application at a discount that will make your total outlay equal to the cost of the Mac-Windows bundle on the AgileBits web store. I think the easiest way to get the discount would be to send a message to support+licenses@agilebits.com. Give the details about your Mac license. Include your receipt from Apple if you bought your license from the Mac App Store, or the email address you used if you bought from the AgileBits web store.

Hi @Flex3984,
Hawkmoth's answer is spot-on - you would need to purchase a license for the Windows version of 1Password, and we can give you a discount on that if you email us with the information Hawkmoth mentioned.
You can find more information about how 1Password is licensed here: What licenses do I need to use 1Password on all my devices?
Hopefully this helps, but please let us know if you need anything else. Thanks! :)

OPen 1PW, go to the 1PW menu, and choose Licences. There's a Find Licence button there if needed

@Flex3984 That depends on where you purchased 1Password for Mac. If you got it from the AgileBits Store, you can follow the instructions that danco posted above and if necessary you can request a new license on this page. If you got it from the Mac App Store, you can simply send us a proof of purchase, such as a receipt, and that will suffice. :) Let us know how that goes.
