Hi @Sjamessb,

Can you answer the following questions:

1. How many Secure Notes items do you have on your iPhone?
2. If you create a new Secure Note item in the Windows version of 1Password, does it show up on the iPhone after the sync?
3. How are you syncing between Windows and iOS, Dropbox or Wi-Fi?
