How to restore my purchase log to reinstall 1Password for free?

I forgot my master password of 1Password. So I deleted 1Password with AppCleaner and tried to reinstall.
But AppStore requires purchasing again instead of free installation.
Could someone help me if you have an idea to restore my purchase log or a smarter way to make my 1Password be ready for use with the lost master password?
I tried rebooting the PC but Appstore shows still the price for purchase.

I'm also using iOS 1Password in iPhone6 but of course it got useless because the master password is lost now.
I don't mind if all of the stored information in the deleted 1Password never come back.
I could give you more information about my situation if you need.

Just checking: Are you logged in to the Mac App Store with the same Apple ID you used to buy your license? That would be required, since your license will be tied to that Apple ID. Also, be sure you look in the Purchases tab in the App Store application while you are logged in under the correct Apple ID.

If none of that rings true, I think you will need to contact Apple for help. AgileBits gets no information about who has purchased licenses from Apple, and they have no way to interact with the Mac App Store, since only Apple administers that.

I tried your way and then just succeeded to get 1Password again for free.
I'm sorry for my stupid mistake.
