I tried to do step 3 of "A note about gmail" for 1password Windows and not working at all. Help!!!!

I've been trying for hours to edit and paste so I can add item shared to my vault but nothing happens. What can I do?

Hi @beo,

Is someone sharing the item with you or are you trying to share the item with someone else?

There is a bug with the OS X and iOS versions of 1Password where it is exporting shared URLs that is not compatible with Windows, we're working on fixing that bug in the Mac and iOS versions as soon as possible. Once it is fixed, the shared URL should then work on Windows.

No ETA on the update. It has been fixed in the latest 1Password 5.5 for Mac betas if you want to ask that person to try the beta.
