Can't log in
I'm getting very frustrated. I had just the rep (Ben) close my ticket and have no idea why. He also stated that you don't do tech assistance over the phone. I find that very strange because a few months ago I was able to set up a call and get help.
Please help me set-up a call to provide a solution. My previous post you will find the details. Jason

@ganzman because your original problem related to 1P for iOS I have moved the post from the 1Password for Mac forum to the 1P for iOS forum. In fact @bwoodruff did not actually close your ticket: AgileBits' ticketing system mis-behaved and decided to close it of its own volition. :(
You have not been abandoned, don't worry. I've re-flagged your problem but you may have to be a little patient because most AgileBits' staff work in North America so are getting some rest at the moment. (I'm merely a volunteer here, don't work for AgileBits and am not in North America.)
