My vaults got out of sync. Need different vault on Mac. File is in dropbox.

I moved my Windows vault to dropbox. (That is my master vault). Now, I am trying to move the Mac vault to see the same one in dropbox. Please help!

    Hi @Lange,

    Thank you for writing in! It's easy to connect your Mac to your existing Dropbox vault. Simply set up Dropbox sync on your Mac as described in our User Guide. 1Password should automatically find the vault you created on Windows and merge its contents with the vault on your Mac. :)

    I ended up just double clicking on that key chain on my mac and it added it as a new vault. That is fine, but how do I make the new "2nd vault" my primary so I can delete the existing primary?

    There's no simple way to convert a secondary vault into your primary vault. I would recommend first deleting the secondary vault by going to 1Password 5 -> Delete Vault. (This will not remove it from Dropbox.) Then simply sync the Primary vault with Dropbox from the Sync preferences pane. Hope that works better for you!
