I likely purchased 1Password directly from Agilebits. I cannot find the license management window that they talk about
They tell me to add the license key from the drop down menu for license but I don't see it
please advise the remedythanks
Here is the response I received:
How do I get to the 1 Password Application menu in V5.3?
Hey Jim,Thanks for getting back to us.
If you got a licence key, then you bought it from us, not the Mac App
Store :)All you need to do is licence 1Password! Just open 1Password and follow
these steps:Go to the 1Password application menu and select “License…”
In the license management window that appears (pictured below),
click the “Enter License…” button in the lower right corner. 3. Type
your name on the first line of the dialog, paste in your license, and
click the “Add” button.
That’s it! 1Password is now fully licensed on your Mac and you’re free
to use the software indefinitely.Thanks,

Hi @J_McC1,
I hope you don't mind, I've split out your comment from an unrelated forum thread.
There's a slightly different way to go about adding your license to the program. Let's give that way a try.
I have resent your licenses to you in a separate email, to the email address associated with your forum account. In that email, under the heading "1Password 5 for Mac," you should see a link that says "Click here to Apply Your 1Password License." When you click that link (with 1Password 5 running and unlocked), it will open a page in your default browser which automatically downloads and applies your license to 1Password. This should take it out of trial mode and unlock the full-featured app. Additionally, your license file will be stored within 1Password in the Software Licenses category for future reference.
Let us know if you have any trouble with that. You can either reply to that email from Greig or repost here in the forum. Thanks!
