Mission Critical Data missing between OSX and Win

I can't see any mention of this in the Windows FAQ. Is it a known issue or something specific to us?

@indietravel - Thank you for those screen shots to clarify the discrepancies. I did duplicate your Server record in my 1Password for Mac and allowed it to sync to 1Password on my Windows PC. I believe you are looking at the preview of the record in 1Password on Windows which does not show the section headers. If you double click on the record to open it up, you will see the section headers. Here is a screen shot from 1Password for Windows of a record with very similar data that I created on my Mac -
