Invalid license key error activation

in 1Password 4 for Windows

Purchased a license for Windows and tried to install it after I erased my computer and did a fresh OS install but when I put in the license key I get the response "Invalid License Key". I've disabled anti-virus on my machine.

    Are you using this at a work network that might have a security component checking into the secure traffic between your computer and our servers?

    Can you email us at support+windows@agilebits.com with your license key information and we'll check your license to see if it is valid.

    I just sent the email. I have tried on my home, work,and on a personal hotspot from my verizon Wireless iphone and get the same message.
