I have OS X 10.11, which diagnostic should I use?
My 1password3 (v.3.8.21 build 32009) keeps crashing and I was hoping to upgrade. The directions about removing extensions had me perform a test, and while the new/fake login I added shows up in the browser extension, it does not appear in the 1password tool itself.

Hi @threesofar,
Does the 1Password 3 Browser icon happen to have an red exclamation mark in it at all? I ask as if you added an item from inside the browser and you can only see it from within the extension that would suggest it has become disconnected from the main application.
So my last question to you before we worry about a diagnostic report is what browser do you use 1Password in?
