1pass desktop app wont open the DB on my windows, but the browser extensions and my mac does.

I use Synology cloud sync to sing my 1pass DB. This works just like dropbox but is locally hosted. For about 2 weeks I cannot get the windows desktop app to open the DB. I have tried to repair the DB with no luck. I have uninstalled and reinstalled as well. I have sent the error report.

    I cannot find your error report. Did you get an automatic reply from our BitBot? If yes, there is a ticket ID in there, can you tell me what that ID, so I can find it.

    It doesn't look like it is sending the file and it wont let me upload; .txt, .docx, .pdf. Do you have an email I can send it too?
