Crashes on clicking secure notes [convert to OPVault]

New here. How do I report bugs?
I have just moved from Last Pass and used MrC's import Perl script (thanks). I am running (not same time) 1 password Windows 10 beta, regular windows version, and windows phone (mobile 10) on same Onedrive agilechain file. If I click on secure notes icon in 1 password Windows 10 2015.12.100 beta, it crashes. I cannot upload crash file (site will not let me) .

Ignore the above as just now converted to .opvault format and it does not crash.
