Bought another copy of 1Password in a bundle - can't get license to work on my windows 10 PC

Purchased a bundle from Cleverbridge/Paralles with another license of 1Password. Presently use this on my Mac devices so I decided to try it on a Windows 10 PC. I am unable to get a license key into that PC. I followed the instructions and the linked page allowed me to download a file which I associated to 1Password.exe and program opens but with no License! Trial version.

The Parallels bundle only includes the Mac license, it doesn't contain the bundle Mac+Windows license. We might be able to do something else for you, please email your purchase info to us at support+licenses@agilebits.com.
