Cannot install Chrome extention

in 1Password 4 for Windows

In 1Pass preferences/browsers, "Install Chrome extention" is grayed out. Why? What can be done?

    @joanneO: Either Chrome isn't installed, it's damaged, or 1Password isn't able to find it where it is. Try reinstalling Chrome, and then click the Chrome link on the left in 1Password File > Preferences > Browsers to select Chrome's location. You can also go directly to the AgileBits website to install the browser extension:
