OPvault format: What to do with the older agilekeychain file after switching to OPVault

I just converted my OS X primary vault to the OPvault format. I use WiFi sync with all of my iDevices. But my Windows work machine is a desktop at work (so no WiFi sync), and does not have access to Dropbox. I've been using folder sync, then copying the file to my Windows machine when I make changes.

To load this new .opvault file, should I delete the existing .agilekeychain file, then launch 1Password to open the new vault?

First, test this OPvault folder before deleting anything. Open 1Password on your work PC, go to the File menu > Open 1Password Vault to select the OPVault folder and unlock it. If everything looks good, then either archive the older agilekeychain folder or delete it if you're sure you have the backup on the Mac already.
