in 1Password 4 for Windows

I have purchased 1PSW for Windows and installed on Windows 7.
I recently installed Windows 10 but after try to active 1Pasw I got this error.
Any hint ?

    Hi @simbiosi,

    Are you trying to register your license at work or in a restricted network? Before we can check to see if the license is valid, we establish a secure connection to our server and if that's blocked or interfered by a tool in the network, it will fail the validation process.
