Changes saved in local copy?

Hello
I have edited one record under Beta version and the software tells me that the changes will not be synchronised with the cloud but only on a local copy: what will happen later then?
This means that my "cloud" vault is not modified, correct?

    Yes, unless you're using a 1Password for Teams vault, the beta app does not yet write out changes to the sync point (an .opvault or .agilekeychain folder that's stored in Dropbox, in OneDrive, or in a mutually accessible folder).

    I don't know of any concrete decision, at this time, for how the app will handle any mismatches between items, once your changes (made in the beta app) are written out to the sync point.
