Licensing troubles........

I know in the past when my brother(engineer for John Deere Corp.) told me about 1Password. I made the purchase and bought the software, because I am 2 months short of a computer programming degree, so I know what it is like to need to get paid for your work!!!!
I have entered email should've used to purchase etc. and sites states no records found!!!!!!!
I would like to have the full working program install and running on my PC, so I may therefore use it to it's fullest capabilities to manage my ###'s of passwords!!!!!!!

So please get back to me with a solution as soon as possible so that I may get program up and running correctly and properly utilize the software!!!!!! :)
