Auto-lock not working

My auto lock is not working. When I log on to the computer first thing in the morning, I now find that I am not prompted for my 1Password password on any browser. My security setting have not changed, and they show it should lock when the computer is locked, and when the screen saver is activated. It feels like a bug of some sort.

    @Mark_Paley: Very odd. First, make sure you double-check your security settings, and if you don't find anything amiss then generate a diagnostic report and send it to support+forums@agilebits.com so we can look at the logs to determine exactly what is happening:
