I changed my master password but now it won't let me login
I am attempting to reset my mast password but when i do it says the reset s pending. Is there something that I need to do or the admin of my group needs to do.

@AaronB: I'm not sure I understand. 1Password for Windows (or any version, actually) doesn't have a 'pending' state for Master Password changes, since all of that happens right there and then. And it is impossible to 'reset' it; you'll need to enter the current Master Password to change it to something else.
Unfortunately without some basic information it's hard to say what might be going wrong and how we might right it! Please tell me the OS, 1Password, and device versions you're using, the exact steps you're taking, and what is (or is not) happening the way you expect so we can figure out the best plan of action. The more information you can give, the better. Thanks in advance! :)

Am I correct in assuming you're referring to 1Password for Teams? If yes, then yes, your admin or people in the recovery group needs to approve the reset before you get a new email to change the master password.
