I'd purchased the Mac app in MAS, do I get a Windows license? [No, but we offer a bundle price]

I did purches 1password in AppStore for iOS and also Mac OSX.
Can I somehow get a free windows licens also?
I did see at your site that they how purches from your site did get it for free, thats whay I'm wondering.

@DirtyHarryDev: No. 1Password is sold on a per-platform basis, so 1Password for Windows is a separate purchase from the other versions. In fact, they won't run on a PC anyway. Also, this allows people to purchase only the versions they'll actually use (for instance, if you don't have an Android device you'll have no use for that version).
