A long time ago, I installed 1 password. It is an icon on my iphone. Now, I can't open it. Help?
I don't recall the correct password or any other information when I downloaded 1 pass. And, I don't recall ever using it. But it is an icon on my iphone.

You've posted this in the Windows forum, are you having this issue on PC or on your iPhone?
Do you want to start over with a clean slate if you haven't used it for a long time? If this is an issue on the iPhone only and you want to start over, you can uninstall the app which will remove its local data and then you can reinstall it from the App Store. That will let you start over on your iPhone.
Please let me know if I understood your issue correctly and if you're only using 1Password on your iPhone.
