Username on the Fidelity web site is saved with **** in 1 except for the last three letters.

The username on the Fidelity web site is saved with **** instead of the letters in 1 except for the last three letters. This causes the website not to open because of the wrong username. Also, on CIT Bank, what do I do when there is only one field and not username and a password on one page? Lastly, I downloaded the desktop and bought the apple watch version. I now see that the desktop is limited in entries. Do I have to buy the desktop in addition to already buying the Apple watch version in order to get more entries?

    Hi @henrymlewis,

For Fidelity, we've been trying to work around this but that's the username value we're getting back from the site when we try to save the data. For now, you can fix this by editing your Login item to replace the censored username with your actual username.

As for Citibank, have you try this URL instead: https://www.accountonline.citibank.com/cards/svc/LoginGet.do

Do I have to buy the desktop in addition to already buying the Apple watch version in order to get more entries?

If you have more than 20 items and/or exceeded the 30 day trial of 1Password, yes, you would need to purchase the Windows license to use 1Password on your PCs at our store here: http://agilebits.com/downloads

In 1Password on your PC, you can expand the sidebar to match your iOS app's categories by going to the View Menu to deselect Wallet/Account groupings.
