Hi @coldcase,

You can do this either with Wi-Fi sync or with Dropbox. Dropbox is automatic and uses the cloud to manage your data efficiently. Wi-Fi is local only using your Wi-Fi network but a bit cumbersome to use because it requires you to unlock 1Password and keep it open on both the PC and mobile devices before you can sync.
