When I use it at Fidelity Net Benifits https://nb.fidelity.com/public/nb/401k/home the stored login and password fail. Why would this be?Error: The username or password you entered is not correct. Please try again.

I'm sorry you're having that problem, @Lyle2_1961.
Did 1Password save the Login item for you in your browser, or did you create it manually in the main 1Password program?
Also, has that Login item worked for you before, or is it a new Login item that you're not able to get working?

Hi @Lyle2_1961,
That may be because Fidelity is extremely well known for censoring your username before 1Password could save it properly.
Could you edit the Login item in the main 1Password program and see if the username is censored and if yes, edit it to store the full username.
Try again and see if it works.
