Upgrade problem
In trying to upgrade 1 Password to build #32010 my wife gets an error msg while extracting the archive. We are on 1 Password 3 Family license
Please help!

@Ronald H Reimann as your post relates to 1P3 for Mac I have moved the post from the 1Password for Mac forum to the 1P3 legacy forum where you will get more help.
However as you seem to be trying to use 1P3 on OS X El Capitan I think you probably ought to glance at the posts in this sticky at the top of the forum—even though they don't directly answer your current problem.

So we can help you download the 3.8.22 version but as Stephen_C has identified, if you're running El Capitan then this small update isn't going to really help and you have a larger decision to make, one we've tried to detail in the post he links you to. You may have questions after reading the information contained inside and we'll do our best to answer them :smile:
